Hapimag offers a portfolio of 60 resorts in self catered apartments in resorts across Europe, North Africa, Turkey and Florida. The resorts offer onsite facilities such as swimming pools, shops, restaurants, wellness and spas, gymnasiums and much more. The resorts offer various activities for adults and children of all age groups. With Hapimag you can spend your holidays in Beach side locations or mountains and ski resorts along with beautiful city locations.

Hapimag allows owners to purchase shares which convert to an annual points allocation which can be used to book your holidays throughout the Hapimag portfolio of resorts.

There are two many types of Hapimag shares which are called Hapimag A shares and Hapimag Classic Shares. Below we provide further information about both.

A Share

With the A Shares you receive every yeat 60 Hapimag points. You also have the option to purchase extra points each year. You can in the future resell your whole A share and even some of your points. The choice is yours. There are also options after 4 years to add your A share to Hapimags buy back list. Ideally you should always consider if you wish to resell to contact our company and we will list your A share for sale and find you a buyer.

Hapimag Classic

Hapimag Classic also gives you 60 Hapimag points each year. You can also buy extra points or sell your entire classic share or some of your points. We would always suggest if you wish to sell your ownership to contacft our company and we will help you sell your entire ownership. Hapimag also have an option that after three years you can terminate your contract with them.

The annual contribution also known as the Hapimag annual subscriptiuon charge per share is for 2021: CHF 339 per share.
