The current owner has provided the following information about the apartment: "This a a great one bedroom sea view apartment located in the sands tower, which is closest to the beach. The sandy beach with its own bar, waiter service and water sports can be reached in 4 minutes with a short walk via elevators. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults utilizing the very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. We have enjoyed using it for the past 9 years, but now have other holidays plans".
The changeover day for this apartment is a Friday.
Onsite at Island Residence you have access to outstanding facilities which include the onsite swimming pools, luxury spa, restaurant and bars, the beach area and much more.
The resort boasts excellent swimming pools and a members only pool.
