Located in Northumberland in the North East of England is where you will find this resort surrounded by over 1000 acres of forest and moorland.

The current owners are offering their fixed PEAK week number 32 which is one of the best summer August weeks. This is an excellent ownership week to own especially if you have a young family and wish to take advantage of the Summer School Holiday period.

This ownership has an 80 year lease which commenced on 01st January 1990.

The lodge is one of the spacious well designed full four bedrooms which offers a total sleeping capacity of 6 to 8 people. There are also three ensuite bathrooms. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and offers open plan living and dining room along with a full kitchen. You also have your own private outside balcony. The current owner has mentioned that the villa is located high up and offers fantastic views. The villa also has it's very own private sauna.

As an owner you have your own private golf buggy which is yours to use during your stay and is very useful for getting between your lodge and the hotel/spa area. If you are a golfer it can also be used for your golfing day outs at the onsite Championship courses. There is a Golf pro onsite for lessons and owners receive discounts on the golf fees.

Onsite you have access to the indoor swimming pool and spa. You also have the main hotel restaurant as well as the bar and eating area at the "Claret Jug", which is a favourite with golfers and friends to meet.

Owner discounts are available across the resort restaurants and bars.

If you want to explore the outside area you have Hadrian's Wall nearby along with Hexham town centre which has a superb shopping area.

You can also choose to join one of the many timeshare exchange companies and make use of banking and exchanging your weekly period to resorts across the world. This also gives you added advantages like bonus weeks and late break getaways.

The current owner has provided the following information about their ownership, the resort and local area. They have mentioned they are happy to answer all questions about this wonderful ownership and supply extra pictures of the villa.

Slaley Hall is a 1,000 acre estate located in the beautiful Northumberland countryside. The estate consists of a fabulous 4 star hotel, two stunning PGA Championship golf courses, a luxury spa, health club and swimming pool and a collection of secluded luxury lodges. Free access to the swimming pool goes with the lodge. Many walks can be taken without actually leaving the estate.

The lodge is in elevated position with far reaching views over the Northumberland countryside to the hills. It is a split level layout with four bedrooms, three are ensuite, a large family bathroom with sauna, very high quality fitted kitchen leading to dining room with French doors to terrace and a double height lounge with large balcony facing over the countryside. The lodge is surrounded by its own garden consisting of lawns and a rockery and private parking. An electric buggy is provided for getting around the estate. The lodge is available week 32 each year – around the second week in August.

We have spent many very happy years here and have returned each year for the last 16 years from when our children were just toddlers. However, they have now left home with one living abroad and so we have decided it is time to sell. The lodges are of a very good size and would enable grandparents or family friends to stay and yet have their own space. There is so much to do either at Slaley Hall or within a short drive. Our favorites include walking along Hadrian’s Wall, the amazing Vindolanda Roman fort and museum, Kielder Water, National Trust properties, for example Waddesdon and visiting the many lovely villages such as Corbridge, Hexham and Blanchland. Also within striking distance are Lindasfarne and Alnwick castle. If you fancy a shopping fix then Newcastle and the huge metro shopping centre are only about a 30 minute drive away. There are also many activities available at Slaley itself, from a quiz night organized for the lodge occupants, a treasure hunt around the grounds to 4x4 jeep experience, quad biking or just sit and enjoy the views and watch the wildlife including birds, red squirrels and deer.
