Osborne Club Torquay Timeshare Resales

We are very pleased to offer to the timeshare resale marketplace this excellent ownership for week number 14 which is an early April week each year. This week can often fall close or on the easter holiday period. The apartment being offered for sale is a one bedroom which can sleep upto 4 people in complete comfort.

The current owner has added the following comments.

We have owned the timeshare for over 30 years more or less since inception.We have always been pleased by the way the timeshare and the hotel/grounds are impeccably maintained. The whole of the front of the hotel has just been re-painted for example. The apartments themselves are always kept immaculately clean and up to date. The Osborne Owners committe in particular takes its role very seriously reporting to members and liaising with management. It is an extremely well run resort. Opposite the hotel is a lovely quiet stretch of beach with a cafe and toilets. There is also a beautiful scenic 20 min walk along the cliffs into town just across the road. The resort has an outdoor and indoor pool/gym/health club and tennis court. We are only selling this unit because we still own 2 others at Osborne. It holds many happy memories for us.
