The accommodation offers on the ground floor, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a separate master bathroom for the cottage. On the first floor there is a comfortable open plan lounge, kitchen/diner with a gallery (mezzanine) above the lounge providing two single beds accessible by very steep steps.

As an owner at Burnside Park you are able to bring your pets with you. There is charge for pet cleaning at the end of your occupancy. We can provide further details about this on request.

The cottage has a private parking space right outside and the resort is located in a very central location where you can walk into the town centre for days out, trips on the Lakes or a meal at one of the many eateries.

There are plenty of other areas close by for walks, exploring and relaxing.

Onsite you also have access to the Burnside Park Hotel and Spa where you will find an indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms along with a full bar and restaurant. This is accessible as a short walk through the main grounds of the resort.

Owners can also choose to join a timeshare exchange system and simply bank their ownership and exchange to other resorts and destinations.

There are further options to upgrade your ownership week into the RCI points system. This allows you to use your RCI points as credits towards your holiday exchanges.
