Confused About Timeshare are involved in the activity of timeshare resale transaction's and services associated with the timeshare industry.
Our general terms and conditions
Purchaser and Sales contract and agreement:
(i)We offer all Purchaser(s) and Seller(s) from the point of a purchase/sale being agreed a full 14 day cooling off period.
(ii)The vendor(s)/seller(s) acknowledges that Confused About Timeshare is acting in the role of broker on their behalf.
(iii)Any cancellation notice must be made within 14 days of any agreement being made and in written form and sent by recorded delivery to our head office address at: Confused About Timeshare, Knyvett House, Watermans Business Park, The Causeway, Staines, TW18 3BA
(iv)Purchaser(s) will receive a full schedule of purchase containing the full details of the ownership and contract by post or email delivery whichever is specified.
(v)Seller(s) will receive a enrolment form and or a confirmation along with a unique reference number once they agree to their timeshare ownership being placed for sale with the details of the specific service being offered. This communication will be sent by post or email delivery.
