We are very pleased to be able to offer for private resale this outstanding ownership at the Bahia Principe timeshare and holiday ownership club. This ownership is a TBC level membership.

The current owner is offering their 28 Privilege Club flexible/floating weekly periods.

The ownership type is described as a Junior Suite. Each Junior Suite Sleeps up to 4 people. We can provide further information on the layout of a junior suite along with all amenities. Please note this will change slightly from resort to resort.

All Bahia Principe resorts offer all inclusive and you only pay for the number of guests travelling when making your booking. Up to date all inclusive costs can be provided on request.

The 28 weeks need to be used up within 28 years from the year of purchase which was 2016, although you can use them up in a much quicker period than the full 30 years and this depends on the amount of holidays you wish to book. You can also book weeks for friends and family and even rent weeks out to private rental clients.

This ownership also comes with 30 additional preferred weeks which we can supply further details about on request.

If you have never been to a Bahia you are certainly missing out Again a beach location. Excellent views and grounds. Staff all very friendly and make you feel like royalty. Plenty of day and night entertainment, with various shows. Food and hygiene both excellent. Plenty to choose from. Something for everyone. The second set of pictures is from the Bahia Dominican Republic. Every stay at Bahia has been fantastic. You are always treated like royalty. Staff are excellent and make a point of making your stay extra special. Rooms were lovely. Large bed. We had a jacuzzi in our room as well and room service is available. Even made our room look special for our anniversary right on the beach front, so choice of all the onsite pools or beach. Plenty of day and night entertainment. Mini carts to ride around resort. They stop and pick up at various locations or just flag them down. Food is second to none and of high quality. Thirdly is the Bahia in Tenerife which is beautiful. Stunning grounds, just on a hill, but don’t be put off as plenty of lifts to various levels. Day and evening entertainment is great. Choice of evening entertainment which is either gentle and smooth or loud in main area. Food all high quality. Rooms are very good with great views.

When holidaying at a Bahia Principe resort and as a Privilege Club member you are treated to the highest possible service and facilities.
