We are very pleased to be able to offer for private resale this outstanding ownership at the Bahia Principe timeshare and holiday ownership club. This ownership is a Platinum level membership.

The current owner is offering their 24 Privilege Club Platinum flexible/floating weekly periods. The weekly periods can be booked at anytime period throughout the year. The only restriction is the Christmas and New Year week numbers 51 & 52.

The ownership type is described as a Junior Suite. Each Junior Suite Sleeps up to 4 people. We can provide further information on the layout of a junior suite along with all amenities. Please note this will change slightly from resort to resort.

All Bahia Principe resorts offer all inclusive and you only pay for the number of guests travelling when making your booking. Up to date all inclusive costs can be provided on request.

The 24 weeks need to be used up within 25 years from the year of the original purchase which was 2013, although you can use them up in a much quicker period than the full 25 years and this depends on the amount of holidays you wish to book. You can also book weeks for friends and family and even rent weeks out to private rental clients.

Tenerife

Mallorca

There are also a further 12 locations available across the world.

When holidaying at a Bahia Principe resort and as a Privilege Club member you are treated to the highest possible service and facilities. The current owner has mentioned at all beach side resorts there is always reserved areas for the Privilege Club members along with a private members lounge within the resort with a high quality selection of drinks. The all inclusive charges are based on a preferred rate offered to Gold members only. Full details about the all inclusive package are available on request to our company.
