The current owner is offering their 38 Privilege Club flexible/floating weekly periods.

The ownership type is described as a Junior Suite. Each Junior Suite Sleeps up to 4 people. We can provide further information on the layout of a junior suite along with all amenities. Please note this will change slightly from resort to resort.

All Bahia Principe resorts offer all inclusive and you only pay for the number of guests travelling when making your booking. Up to date all inclusive costs can be provided on request.

The 38 weeks need to be used up by the end of the lease of ownership which is the year 2045. You may use your weeks quicker and this depends on the amount of holidays you wish to book. You can also book weeks for friends and family and even rent weeks out to private rental clients.

The resorts available throughout the portfolio are in the following locations:

Tenerife

Mallorca

There are also a further 12 locations available across the World.

When holidaying at a Bahia Principe resort and as a Privilege Club member you are treated to the highest possible service and facilities.
