Owners can choose an array of onsite facilities and close to the resort is plenty of places to see, shops, bars and restaurants. There are plenty of day outs that you can go on from the resort which can be organised by the resort or you can take a hire car and travel around by yourself. The resort is walking distance to the beach and there is a lovely boardwalk which takes you across the beach and seafront.

As an owner you can occupy and use your ownership fixed week each year or you may decide to join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging your ownership to timeshare resorts and worldwide destinations.
