This ownership is as an annual ownership and is available every year occupancy until the end of the lease period which is the 31/12/2031.

Although the fractional ownership is a One Bedroom Apartment when using your CLC points to exchange you will be offered bigger apartments and smaller apartments depending on your specific requirements.
