*The family love visiting this resort each year after the school holidays. We are selling the timeshare because we like the area so much we have purchased a property not far away. It is quiet, clean and relaxing with well maintained gardens. There are plenty of sunbeds by the pool along with a small poolside bar. Most owners return each year. The apartment is fully equipped as you expect from a timeshare and supplied with ample bedding and towels. There are local shops with fresh meat, fish, fruit and bread (and delicious cakes) baked on the premises. There is Golf Courses, bars and restaurants with entertainment close by along with a Lidl supermarket. The resort provide a complimentary mini bus which will take you to the other Crown Resorts in the area if you want minigolf, shows, restaurants, gym and activities programme. The Crown Resorts activities team run excellent excursions which collect you from the resort. Your apartment comes equipped with a TV which has UK TV channels along with Wi Fi. The staff at the resort are English speaking and extremely helpful. From the resort you can enjoy an easy walk to the excellent Mijas Coastal Path. You may also wish to walk or take a bus to the little town of La Cala with twice weekly market and lots of bars, shops and restaurants. There are regular buses to Fuengirola and Marbella with Taxis easily available locally. If you have a hire car there is parking inside secure gate.

This ownership can be used in conjunction with RCI points or you can also join a timeshare exchange program (extra charges will apply). Once you start using your timeshare you can come back each year and enjoy your home away from home each year at the home resort or you may also begin to bank and exchange the ownership to thousands of resorts and destinations across the World.
