The resort is located in the much sought after Vilamoura area of Portugal. The area is surrounded by lush golf gardens and gardens along with a wonderful marina area which has wonderful walking area with vast array of shops, restaurants and bars to choose from.

The current owners are offering for private resale their fixed week numbers 11 & 12 which are the last two weeks of March each year. This sometimes covers Easter depending on the dates but also is an excellent end of winter time period to enjoy a relaxing holiday time in Vilamoura and the surrounding area of the Algarve. At this time of year you should be able to enjoy plenty of sunshine filled days. It is also an excellent time of year to stroll around the marina or play some tennis or golf.

The apartment is a one bedroom which sleeps up to 4 people. The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor. The apartment has recently been totally refurbished to Vilamoura's usual high standard. The apartment has a master bedroom. There is an open plan living and dining along with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large terrace area which includes patio set and loungers. There is a sofa bed in the lounge area.

The changeover day is a Sunday.

The current owners have added that there are patio doors from the apartment that open onto a lovely sun patio which is bordered by gardens and looks out onto the Pinhal golf course fairway. A sun trap from about 12:00 until late evening (earlier when you are out on the lawn). Quiet and relaxed, it does not overlook the pool areas but is still close to the club house and all of its amenities.

Onsite you have access to a PGA golf pro who can assist with your golf bookings. At the resort you have a restaurant, evening entertainment. There are outdoor swimming pools along with an indoor pool and sauna and jacuzzi.

The resort is within walking distance to the Old Village area of Vilamoura. Here you will find some excellent restaurants. You can also take a taxi or the tourist train to the Marina and beach.

Owners can choose to use their fixed weeks each year at the home resort in Vilamoura. There are various options to join one of the many timeshare exchange companies and make use of banking and exchanging your ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This can be a great way of also using bonus weeks and making your ownership and holiday time go a lot further. There is an extra charge for joining a timeshare exchange company.
