We are very pleased to offer for private resale this timeshare ownership at the Royal Savoy Resort in Funchal, Madeira.

This ownership is for two fixed week numbers 16 & 17 which are the last two weeks in April each year. We can supply full up to date check in dates for the weeks on request.

These are two excellent weather weeks in Madeira with excellent temperatures. They often will fall around the flower festival.

The Studio Apartment offers extremely spacious accommodation which includes a large open plan living and sleeping arrangement with a kitchen area, double or twin beds and a sitting and dining area. There is a fully fitted luxury bathroom. There is also a double sleeper sofa bed to complete the sleep 4 capacity. The balcony includes patio furniture which is great for relaxing and enjoying some alfresco dining.

They are different apartment numbers for each week and both are on the second floor is excellent positions. We can provide the apartment numbers on request. The current owner has commented that the apartments are both in a quiet area of the resort and offer wonderful views from the balcony out to sea.

The changeover day is a Monday.

The ownership has a long lease remaining until the 31st December 2032.

The resort has excellent onsite facilities which includes a daily maid service along with excellent onsite restaurants and snack bars. The well manicured gardens, sun terraces and swimming pool are also kept in excellent condition.

As an owner you can occupy and use your ownership weeks each year. You may also decide to take advantage of joining one of the many timeshare exchange companies and bank and exchange your ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This also includes the extra bonus weeks which make your holiday time go so much further each year.
