The current owner has added the following personal comments about this apartment and the resort: "This T1, one bed-room apartment on the 7th floor, is one of the most exclusive of the Royal Savoy Resort (RSR). Week 17 is also the week when the Flower Festival of Madeira starts.

The apartment has a close to 270° horizontal view from the mountainside above Funchal all the way to Reid’s Palace in the West.

It also enjoys almost a complete view of the solarium and sea-side at the bottom floor.

It has the largest surface in total, 143.6 m², where the Apt surface is 95.1 m², the biggest of its kind in the RSR, having an extra furnished entrance area of around 4 m² and a closed storage room of next to 5 m². The splendid Balcony of the Apt, measuring 48.5 m², gives the fantastic 270° range of view – also including the harbour area and further on, quite an important feature for a stay at the RSR.
