The current owner hs added the following resort and ownership information along with some personal pictures which can be view in the gallery below: "The two-bedroom apartment is located within the most beautiful resort town in Tenerife - Los Américos. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a spacious balcony overlooking the street with beautiful flowering plants. The furniture in the club is quite new and modern. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and a full set of utensils. In the middle of the apartment there is a small patio where you can place lounge chairs, as well as store and dry various beach and other accessories there. The club area is beautifully landscaped and has a large swimming pool in the middle. On the territory of the club there are sports facilities, cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as a minimarket. But the main advantage of the club is that it is located next to the ocean; you can walk to a well-equipped beach (one of the best on the island) in no more than 3-4 minutes. The club is adjacent to the diverse resort infrastructure of Los Americas - many cafes, restaurants, shops and shopping centers. There is great nightlife nearby."

Owners can choose to use their home resort week each year at Sunset Bay or may decide to join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging their ownership to resorts and destinations across the world.
