This ownership is described as a one bedroom apartment which sleeps 6 people.

The ownership week is described as 1 x Floating Season Week Available on an every EVEN year occupancy basis. (with option to extend with two extra VIP weeks, more info below)

The accommodation can sleep 6 which includes a full double master bedroom with ensuite. There is an open plan lounge area which includes a further king size bed and double sleeper sofa bed. The apartment also benefits from a kitchen and dining area along with a second bathroom. Depending on the apartment allocation there is also private outdoor terrace or balcony and the apartment will include a hot tub either indoor or outside on the terrace. There is also a patio set to add to your relaxation. The resort offers a mandatory all inclusive option with various deals available when booking. An example of a recent cost paid by the current owner for the all inclusive was $59.00 per person per day.

The floating weekly ownership means you can book your holiday week at any time period with only a very small number of black out dates which are the Christmas week and the Easter period. Other than that you can book any other time period subject to availability.

The resort is located on the lake and you can also use all of the facilities of the sister resort called the Royal Sunset which is a short trip across the lake by speedboat and is on the beachside. There is also land transport available. You can enjoy all these facilities totally free of charge and included with your ownership.

The ownership includes 2 x VIP weeks which you can taken and used at anytime period not just the even years. The actual ownership floating week if you choose not to use it can be banked for up to two years as long as the maintenance fee is up to date.

This ownership is a lifetime ownership and is yours to use in perpetuity.
