Schladming is the perfect location for family ski holidays with slopes catering to any ability from beginner to advanced.

The modern one bedroom apartment is spacious and offera fully furnished with all of your home from home facilities and amenities. The apartment includes a partial well equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher and full cooking facility. You have a full family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The bedroom is a double bedroom or can be made up as a twin if required. There is a double sleeper sofa bed in the living area. The apartment has a private balcony or terrace and offer views of either the mountains or forest. The one-bedroom can accommodate up to four people.

The property has a number of excellent services which include indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. There is a shuttle bus. The resort can organise ski hire, lift passes and much more. Onsite there is a bar and restaurant. There is also free wifi throughout the resort and your private apartment.

The current owner has added the following comments: "A great resort for young families and older adults alike. Schladming is a smaller village style resort, friendly and safe for families. Once the two day new year rush was over, the ski slopes are always relatively quiet during this week. I've owned this week since it was new and all my three kids learnt to ski here. The resort is well managed by an owner committee which gives a feeling of ownership and security. Parking outside was always convenient and the indoor pool and spa facilities offer a real luxury after a day on the slopes. It was always fun to compare how long it took us to ski the black run down to the Planai station, which is the final part of the downhill race course, with the few seconds it takes the racers to finish. Where we all used to stop at the top of this slope to summon up courage to start was where the racers were airborne at maximum speed."

The ownership is part of the RCI network of resorts and can be exchanged to resorts across the world. *An extra charge for joining an exchange program would apply and we can confirm this cost.
