We are very pleased to be able to offer for private resale this outstanding ownership at the Bahia Principe. This product/ownership is based on timeshare and holiday ownership where owners have a number of weekly periods in different seasons to use and occupy each year. Which can also be used as multiple consecutive weeks at one time.

The current owner is offering a total of 90 weeks remaining which are split as 23 Platinum and 67 Gold weeks. The Platinum weeks can be booked all year round with only Christmas and New Year and Easter weeks as blackout dates, with the Gold weeks being available for booking from May through December and just before the Christmas week.

The ownership type is described as a Junior Suite. The junior suite sleeps 4 people. There is a large bedroom area with luxury bathroom along with sitting area which include a double sleeper sofa bed, terrace or balcony, in room safe and fully stocked mini bar.
