The ownership type is described as a Junior Suite. Each Junior Suite Sleeps upto 4 people. We can provide further information on the layout of a junior suite along with all amenities. Please note this will change slightly from resort to resort.

The 30 weeks need to be used up within 30 years from the year of purchase which was 2017, although you can use them up in a much quicker period than the full 30 years and this depends on the amount of holidays you wish to book.

When holidaying at a Bahia Principe resort and as a Privilege Club member you are treated to the highest possible service and facilities. The current owner has mentioned at all beachside resorts there is always reserved areas for the Privilege Club members along with a private members lounge within the resort with a high quality selection of drinks. The all inclusive charges are based on a preferred rate offered to Privilege Club members only. Full details about the all inclusive package are available on request to our company.
