Ground Floor – The ground floor incorporates one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

First Floor – The first floor features a comfortable open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, together with one twin bedroom. Across the corridor is a separate shower room. Above the lounge is a mezzanine gallery providing two additional single beds, accessed by very steep steps.

Facilities & Amenities – The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with a small ice box. Cutlery, crockery, bed linen and towels are all provided for the maximum occupancy. The lounge benefits from a Smart TV, and each cottage also features its own private balcony, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included.

Owners at Burnside Park are welcome to bring their pets. A pet fee applies, currently £50 per stay, which covers up to two dogs. Please advise at the time of booking if you wish to bring your pet.

The area surrounding Burnside Park offers an excellent selection of shops, cafés, traditional pubs and restaurants, together with countless opportunities for walking, sightseeing and exploring everything the Lake District has to offer.

Owners also have the opportunity to join a timeshare exchange company, allowing them to bank their week and exchange it for holidays at thousands of resorts and destinations around the world.
