Located on the banks of Loch Lomond, Scotland is where you will find the resort surrounded by the spectacular views of Loch Lomond and the stunning Scottish countryside.

The current owner is offering for sale fixed week numbers 35 & 36 which are the first two weeks of September each year. We can supply a full resort calendar for future years.

This is a Saturday changeover.

The lodge is described as follows:

Off the access road, the lodge has a generous double-parking space with a path leading to the front door. Inside is the entrance hall with a full height storage cupboard, and the inner door to the lodge.

Through this door is the inner hall, up two steps to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The lounge has seating for six, a TV system and two pull down single beds with wardrobe cupboard. The dining area has a table that seats eight, a buffet and glass cabinet. A door leads on to the first-floor veranda again with a table seating eight and a view across the golf course to Loch Lomond. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cupboards, an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and all necessary food preparation utensils, plates, and cutlery.

Back to the inner hallway, and on the same level, is a shower room, toilet and basin with a separate laundry room fitted with a washer/dryer. Off this hallway, stairs lead to the lower hall with two separate bedrooms. The larger has a king-size bed, with a separate dressing area and an ensuite with bath, shower, toilet, bidet, and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room, with toilet and basin.

Owners at Cameron House have access to some wonderful onsite facilities and dining options within the recently fully refurbished Cameron House Hotel, they include a Gym, Indoor pool, Tennis Courts, Spa, Free parking, Kids Club, Games Room, On site Restaurant and much more. There are discounts available to owners within the onsite eateries and facilities. You can also access the spa and other facilities at the nearby Carrick.
