We are very pleased to offer for private resale this ownership at the Chalet High resort. This ownership is located in Basye, Virginia. Basye is in the Shenandoah Mountains, about a two-hour drive from Washington, DC, or about 1.5 hours from Dulles International Airport.
The ownership being offered for sale is for fixed week numbers 34 and 35 which fall as the last week of August and first week of September each year. This often falls around the School Holiday periods. These weeks may be purchased separately.
The chalet is number 4 and is a two bedroom which offers a total sleeping capacity of 6 people. The chalet offers a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals along, along with open plan living and dining area. There is two bedrooms which can be made up as doubles or twin bedrooms and the chalet has stairs to a loft area where there is bunk beds which completes the sleep 6 capacity.
The free-standing chalet, No. 4, is a two-bedroom unit which offers a total sleeping capacity for six people. You park right in front of the chalet with three steps to the front door. There are also two outside decks on the main floor (from the master bedroom and the living room area). The resort has an outstanding golf course, a private airfield, indoor swimming pool, and skiing in the winter.
The current owner has mentioned the chalet is situated on a slight hillside where you can enjoy great views of the Valley and Mountainside.
