This ownership is described as a "1 x Floating LOW/GREEN" season annual year occupancy week. The floating season ownership allow you to pick and choose the weekly period to holiday during the LOW/GREEN season. You also have options to upgrade with a surcharge to other seasons.

The apartment is a studio style which sleeps 2 people. As this is a multi destination resort ownership it means the layout and configuration of the studio style apartments at each resort will be slightly different. As an example, a studio will have an open plan layout with a double or twin beds along with an open plan living and dining area and kitchen or small kitchenette for preparing meals. There will be a family bathroom. There will also be private outdoor space which will be a terrace, patio or balcony.

The lease for this ownership is until 2031.
