The ownership being offered for private sale is 1 x Floating LOW season tri annual occupancy week. The floating season ownership allow you to pick and choose the weekly period to holiday during the LOW season. You also have options to upgrade with a surcharge to other seasons.

This is a tri annual occupancy week which can be used every third year.

The apartment is a studio style which sleeps 2 people. As this is a multi destination resort ownership it means the layout and configuration of the studio style apartments at each resort will be slightly different. As an example, a studio will have an open plan layout with a double or twin beds along with an open plan living and dining area and kitchen or small kitchenette for preparing meals. There will be a family bathroom. There will also be private outdoor space which will be a terrace, patio or balcony.

The lease for this ownership is until 2048.
