This ownership is described as a 1 x Floating HIGH season week. The ownership is available on an every year occupancy basis. The floating season ownership is the best way to holiday if you want complete flexibility. You get to pick and choose the weekly periods to holiday every year and this is during the HIGH season which means you can holiday at any time period with no restrictions on dates. This is an excellent solution for owners who like to holiday at different time periods.

The apartment is a Two Bedroom Sleeps 6. As this is a multi destination resort ownership it means the layout and configuration of the Two Bedroom Apartments at each resort will be slightly different. As an example, a two bedroom apartment will have an open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area. There will also be a master double bed, further twin or double bedroom and a double sleeper sofa bed or wall bed type system. There will be a private bathroom and your own private outdoor space which will be a terrace, patio or balcony. Some of the resorts will offer ensuite, larger balconies, hot tubs. We can provide further details about individual resorts within the Absolute portfolio on request.

The lease will expiry at the end of year 2049.

You have access to the entire Absolute portfolio although for even more resorts and destinations you can decide to join a timeshare exchange company and have access to well over 2900 resorts Worldwide. Joining an external timeshare exchange company will have an additional cost. We can confirm this cost to all clients.
