The Two Bedroom Apartment generally include a master double bedroom and a further double or twin bedroom and a double sleeper sofa bed in the lounge area. There will be a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area and a family bathroom. Many of the two bedroom will also feature en suite. There will also be outside private space which will either be a balcony, patio or terrace.

The apartment number is A101 (Two Bedroom).

The owner also has an accumulated points balance and is willing to sell a number of these points as part of the purchase.

Please note that although your fractional ownership is for a Two Bedroom Apartment when you exchange through the CLC points system (further details below) you can request smaller and larger apartment types to suit the holidays you are planning.

Owning your fractional ownership and exchanging through the extensive CLC range of resorts is so much fun and can mean you can make the ownership go so much further than one or two holiday weeks each year.

This ownership has a long lease and will expire on the 31st December 2032. What's more at the end of the lease period the appointed trustees will arrange the sale of the apartment and divide any profits between the fractional owners.
