The two bedroom signature suite apartments are finished to a superb standard and many include outdoor hot tubs. There is a master double bedroom, further double or twin bedroom along with a further double sleeper sofa bed in the lounge area. The bedroom linen is all courtesy of the quality "White Company". There will be a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, open plan lounge and dining area and a family bathroom. There will also be outside private space which will either be a patio or terrace. The Signature Suites are finished to an extremely high standard and further details, pictures, layout can be provided on request.

The home resort is located in a excellent area with the famous Sian Park literally within walking distance.

This ownership has a long lease and will expire on the 31st December 2034. What's more at the end of the lease period the appointed trustees will arrange the sale of the apartment and divide any profits between the fractional owners.
