There is a master double bedroom, further double or twin bedroom along with a further double sleeper sofa bed in the lounge area. There will be a fully equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area and a family bathroom. There will also be outside private space which will either be a patio or terrace. The Signature Suites are finished to an extremely high standard and further details, pictures, layout can be provided on request.
The current owner have a large accumulated CLC Points balance and would be open to offers on this or as try before you buy / rental type holidays.
This ownership has a long lease and will expire on the 31st December 2034. What's more at the end of the lease period the appointed trustees will arrange the sale of the apartment and divide any profits between the fractional owners.
