There will also be a balcony or terrace/patio.
This ownership comes with extra points which are to a value of 2500 points, this will give you access to plenty more holiday time from the moment you take on this ownership.
This ownership has a long lease and will expire on the 31st December 2032. What's more at the end of the lease period the appointed trustees will begin and arrange the sale of the apartment and divide any profits between the fractional owners.
