You then have an annual allocation of 2580 Club La Costa Vacation Club Points. These points allow you to holiday each year throughout the CLC portfolio of resorts across the world. You pay an annual maintenance charge for the points allocation and can bank, exchange and save points for extra long holidays, all at the same time that your fraction ownership apartment is being rented, used and occupied with CLC managing for you.
When the ownership expires the resort trustees will then arrange the sale of the apartment with any profits being split equally amongst the fractional apartment owners.
