We are very pleased to offer for private resale this outstanding ownership at the Club Puerto Calma resort. Operated by the Holiday Club group of resorts.

The resort is located in the heart of the Southern part of the Island of Gran Canaria in the area known as Amadores. this is close to the coastal towns of Arguineguin and Puerto Rico.

The ownership being offered for sale is for three fixed week numbers 48, 49 & 50. These three weeks fall as the very last few days of November each year and the first two weeks of December each year.

The apartments are one bedrooms which offer a total sleeping capacity of 4 people.

The apartment features a full master bedroom along with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area as well as private luxury bathroom and outside area including outdoor dining and sunbathing furniture so you can make the most of the outside space and wonderful climate. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area which completes the sleeping capacity.

The resort has undergone extensive refurbishment in the last 2/3 years and the condition of the resort, apartments and surrounding is superb.

The changeover day is Saturday.

The ownership has the same apartment number for weeks 48 and 49 and a different apartment number for week 50, although the current owner has mentioned he has always been able to stay in the same apartment for all three weeks. The owner may also consider selling the weeks individually.

The current owner has mentioned that the third floor apartments offer outstanding Harbour and Sea Views.
