The ownership being offered for sale is for week numbers 3 & 4 which fall as the last two weeks of January each year. This is two excellent winter holiday weeks.

The apartment is a one bedroom which offer a total sleeping capacity of 4 people. The apartment number and resort plan is available on request to our company.

The apartment features a full master bedroom along with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area as well as private luxury bathroom and outside area including outdoor dining and sunbathing furniture so you can make the most of the outside space and wonderful climate. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area which completes the sleeping capacity.

The resort has undergone extensive refurbishment in recent time and is offered in superb condition.
