The ownership being offered for sale is for week number 28 which is a middle week of July each year and falls as a peak holiday time which covers Scottish School holidays. We can provide a resort calendar on request with future chekc in dates.

There is an option to exchange your week internally to another time period. This exchange is subject to availability.

The apartment is a one bedroom which offer a total sleeping capacity of 4 people. The apartment number and resort plan is available on request to our company.

The changeover day is a Saturday.

The apartment features a full master bedroom along with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area as well as private luxury bathroom and outside area including outdoor dining and sunbathing furniture so you can make the most of the outside space and wonderful climate. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area which completes the sleeping capacity. The apartment features a Smart TV, high speed internet, iron with iron board, hair dryer, safe for valuable belongings.

The resort has undergone extensive refurbishment in recent time and is offered in superb condition.
