There are a small number of blackout dates which are the 6 weeks school holiday over the last two weeks of July and August each year. The rest of the year you can pick and choose the time periods that suite you travel to your home away from home resort in Malta.
The current owner has confirmed the lease on this ownership is until the end of 2026.
The current owners have thoroughly enjoyed their ownership and have mentioned that they have what is described as "Pool Priority" which means the apartment is almost guaranteed to be overlooking the pool each time they stay at the Club Riza. They have also commented that they find the resort extremely safe and both the reservation and onsite staff to be exceptional offering a great service at all times. There is a food pack on arrival at your apartment and the resort will even go the extra mile and organise your private transfers from the airport.
