The accommodation is described as a Two Bedroom Lock Off style apartment which offers a unique two apartment split by an interconnecting door. Firstly you have a full one bedroom apartment which has a master bedroom, ensuite and further family bathroom and then an open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen. There is a double sleeper sofa in the lounge area which completes the sleep 4 for the one bedroom apartment not forgetting the large balcony which includes a patio set and loungers. You then have an interconnecting door which takes you through to a studio style apartment (sleeps 2) which has a further double bed or twin beds, sitting area and small kitchenette set up and a further bathroom. There is also a balcony from this apartment. Both apartments offer superb pool and sea views. The lock off style allows larger families or friends to enjoy a holiday together whilst at the same time having their own separate living accommodation and privacy. There are further options with a lock off where you can use only one apartment at a time therefore extending your holiday and moving at the end of one week to the other apartment and accessing a two week holiday. The lock off style apartment is also excellent when two families travel together. You only pay one annual maintenance fee for the lock off apartment but can use this over a two week period.

The ownership also includes half board & drinks package. This mean 6 guests can enjoy half board meals and the drinks package during your meals.

This ownership has a lease which expires on the 31st December 2024.

The resort is located in the splendid location of St. Paul's Bay and has been refurbished which includes four brand new swimming pools which all merge together along with wonderful sun terraces and plenty of sunbathing areas.

There is a wonderful new private members area on the top floor which includes a rooftop bar & restaurant ensuring which offers wonderful panoramic views over St Paul’s Bay, Comino and Gozo.
