The current owner is offering for private resale their 2 x PREMIUM PEAK Floating season week. The PREMIUM PEAK* floating season weeks allow you to holiday during any time period at the resort. You have access to the key Peak summer School holiday weeks including July and August.

These two weeks are annual weeks and 1 week has a lease until the 31/12/2027 and the other week has a lease until the 31/12/2031. The current owner has mentioned they would consider splitting the weeks if you only wished to purchase one ownership.

The One Bedroom Apartment provides a master double bedroom along with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a double sleeper sofa bed in the lounge area. There is also a full family bathroom. The total sleeping capacity is for 4 people. The apartment has a private balcony with sea views which includes patio furniture. When you make your reservation and subject to availability you can ask for various locations on site at the resort.

The ownership also includes half board meals along with a drinks package with meals. This means you have a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning and evening meals are available along with local soft drinks, local alcohol (wine and beer) and tea and coffee.

The resort is located in the splendid location of St. Paul's Bay and has been refurbished which includes four brand new swimming pools which all merge together along with wonderful sun terraces and plenty of sunbathing areas.

There is a wonderful private members area on the top floor which includes a rooftop bar & restaurant ensuring which offers wonderful panoramic views over St Paul’s Bay, Comino and Gozo. This is a great area to relax with a drink and watch the sunset.

Onsite there is a wonderful spa along with gymnasium.

In the local area you will also find an array of shops, restaurants and bars.
