The resort offers a wonderful location in the heart of the stunning Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands.

The current owner is offering for sale their fixed week number 26 which is the last week in June each year and falls as the first week of the Scottish School holidays. We can provide a full calendar which shows future check in/out dates for clarity.

The lodge on offer is a two bedroom Alpine A frame which offers a total sleeping capacity of 6 people. The lodge is arranged over two floors and offers spacious accommodation and living space. On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has a large double sleeper sofa bed and there is a separate WC/Washroom, Cloak room storage area and patio doors which lead out to your private terrace which includes a patio table and chairs. On the second floor you have the two bedrooms which are the master bedroom and ensuite, a twin bedroom with toilet /sink. Each bedroom has plenty of wardrobe storage. There is also a outdoor lockable storage for bikes. The total sleeping capacity is for 6 people.

The changeover day is a Saturday.

The current owners have owned for many years and thoroughly enjoyed their ownership and can assist wiht any specific questions about the resort you may have.

The resort and the area around the resort is just great for all things outdoor and you will enjoy exploring and finding some great places to visit.

Owners can choose to use their fixed weekly period each year or may also join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This brings into play extra bonus weeks and late breaks this can be excellent when choosing to make your holiday time go much further. If you join a timeshare exchange company there will be an extra charge. We will provide further details on request.
