The lock out can be used as one large two bedroom apartment over a one week period or the lock out facility can be used and you can occupy the one bedroom section for one week and then move to the studio section for a further week, enabling you to enjoy two weeks holiday at the resort whilst only owning one ownership week and paying only one maintenance fee. There are also further options to use one part of the lock out for one week and bank and exchange the other section of the lock out through a timeshare exchange program. You also have other options to use one week in one part of the lock off apartment and then rent out the other side of the lock off apartment which then goes towards your annual maintenance fee.

The ownership period is 1 x floating season week and this allow you to book your annual holiday time at any time period throughout the year, there are no blackout dates meaning you have the whole year to choose and the floating style weeks allows you to swap and change the time of year you use your apartment each year.
