This ownership is made up of 90 weekly ownership periods which are split between 40 exotic flexible weeks and a further 50 explorer weeks. The ownership time can be used up as weekly period or shorter 3 night breaks. This choice and how flexible you want your ownership to be is entirely up to you. All resorts offer an all inclusive food and drinks package allowing you the ultimate in relaxation. You do not have an annual maintenance charge and you only pay for the all inclusive option when you are using the ownership weeks.

The flexible weeks system allows you to holiday when and for as long as you wish each year. You can also let your family and friends join in the fun and give them guest access to some of the holiday time. The great part is you never pay annual maintenance charges. The only charge is your original purchase cost followed by your all inclusive cost each time you holiday. This Ruby membership means at least 50% discount on hotel operator's established rate. There is also a small charge for holiday exchanges through RCI.
