The resort ownership is a 2 bedroom apartment which offers a sleeping capacity of 6 people. The ownership is known as 1 x Elite Red floating season week. The floating system allows the owner to book time at the resort throughout the year without being tied to a specific date range. This is a great way of choosing each year when you wish to holiday. Your Elite Red week covers all periods incuding peak Summer holiday weeks.

The 2 bedroom apartments feature open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen. There is a master double bedroom, further double / twin bedrom and a sleeper sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a private bathroom and your own outside balcony or terrace which includes a patio set.

This resort offers two changeover days which are Tuesday or Friday. This can be very useful when choosing the best flight time and price.

The beach is very near to the resort and if you enjoy a round of golf you have a great selection of courses available in the area.

Onsite you will find a swimming pool along with a children's pool along with restaurant and bar.

Tenerife is an excellent place to enjoy your holiday time with sun drenched days and warm evenings. Your apartment has it's own private balcony or terrace which makes sitting outside for an evening meal even more enjoyable.

The current owner has added the following additional comments about their ownership and the reosrt: "Elite apartments with 2 bedrooms of Fairways Club belong to the Luxury class. They differ significantly from the standard 2 bedroom apartments in the same club. The apartments are located on two levels. The furniture in the apartments is very beautiful & non-standard. The magnificent interiors of the rooms have an ethnic Spanish accent. The apartment has two bathrooms with toilets. Moreover, one of them has a built-in Jacuzzi bath. The apartment is overlooking on two sides. One side is overlooking the pool, on the other side it is overlooking a beautiful view of the golf courses and mountain landscape. The kitchen which is located on the ground floor is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and a full set of beautiful dishes. The kitchen is located on a small podium and is separated from the living room by a small partition. The exit from the ground floor to the street is going through the terrace and the front garden, where a barbecue grill is installed. The view from the terrace and front garden is also overlooking the golf courses and stunning mountain landscape. The club's territory has a very beautifully landscape, there are many flowers and plants, a wonderful swimming pool, and a magnificent artificial waterfall has been created there, decorating the club's territory. A natural beach with very clean water and easy entry into the water is located within walking distance. The club is surrounded by a very well-developed resort infrastructure - shops, restaurants and cafes, nightlife.

This ownership can be used in conjunction with the RCI points system. We can provide an up to date RCI points valuation on request. Upgrading to RCI would involve an extra charge.

Owners can choose to holiday at the home resort each year or may also decide to join a *timeshare exchange company or points ownership and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world.
