The current owners are offering for private resale 2 x flexi A weeks which are floating season weekly periods which can be used at various time periods throughout the year.

The flexi A period covers week numbers 13 to 28 (End of March to Mid July) and week numbers 35 to 43 (September to beginning of November) and week numbers 50 to 52 (middle of December to includes the Christmas and New Year Weeks). We can provide a full calendar by request that shows the exact check in dates for the Flex A period.

The apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment which has a total sleeping capacity of 6 people. The apartments at Four Seasons Vilamoura are very spacious with two bedrooms which can be made up as a double or twin beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a further family bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge and dining area which also includes a double sleeper sofa bed. There is also a large balcony which includes a patio set and sun loungers.

Owner Comments: The current owners have enjoyed over 10 years of ownership and have added the following comments; On site you have a PGA golf professional that can deal with all golf bookings, can provide lessons, tournaments. There is a gate which takes you straight onto the Pinhal Golf Course where you can walk straight onto the practise areas and their clubhouse. Onsite at Four Seasons Vilamoura you have a full a la carte restaurant, regular buffet evenings with nightly entertainment. There is three outdoor swimming pools along with an indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. One of the outdoor swimming pools is very child friendly. There is also squash courts and snooker table available.

The resort is situated within the "Old Village", only two minutes walk away. This picturesque area has several fine restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. The Vilamoura Marina and fine sandy beach, with many restaurants, bars and cafes is a 15- 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride. Throughout the day, up to early evening, a tourist train provides transport to the Marina and beach, picking up and dropping off right outside Four Seasons Vilamoura.

Owners can choose to use their fixed week each year at the home resort in Vilamoura. There are various options to join one of the many timeshare exchange companies and make use of banking and exchanging your ownership to resorts and destinations across the world.
