The current owners who purchased in the late 1980's have commented to our company that this resort and their ownership like a home away from home and they truly have loved being owners at this great resort.

The weekly periods being offered for private resale are for week number 27 and 28 which are the first two weeks of July each year. These are peak holiday weeks and fall within the Scottish School Holiday period.

Changeover day is a Saturday.

The apartment on offer is described as a duplex which is arranged over two floors and has some interesting extras.

On the lower floors you have a master double bedroom and en suite along with a further bedroom which can be made up as a double or twin bedroom. Upstairs you have the living area which includes a separate fully equipped kitchen and a further open plan dining and lounge area. There is also a double sleeper sofa bed here to complete the sleep 6 capacity. There is also a family bathroom. There is also a utility room with washing machine which is a great extra so you can take care of your laundry whilst on holiday.

The duplex apartment is not short of outdoor private space. There is a large balcony outside the main bedroom and a further balcony outside the living room. There is also a spiral staircase which takes you up to your very own private sun terrace. There is patio furniture and sun loungers which are great for relaxation and some alfresco dining.

The current owner has added that the apartment furniture has recently been updated and is different to that in the main pictures. Also there are flat screen tv’s in the main living room and the master bedroom. Also a DVD player is supplied and docking station.
