The week number is 11 which is the third week in March each year.

The apartments are described as an A & B suites (Lock off). This is two separate apartments which have an entrance porch with two front doors to each apartments. This is great if you travel with two families, friends and want to relax in your own apartment. The apartments have a master bedroom each which includes a super kingsize bed, jacuzzi bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge / dining area which includes a sleeper sofa which is queen size and very comfortable. The current owner has mentioned that the apartments are on a rolling refurbishment program every 4 years. This ensures the apartments are kept up to date and in great order.

You can choose when making your reservation if you want a mountain view, city view or pool view.

The lock off apartment really comes into it's own if you wish to have two weeks holiday at the resort. You simply lock out one of the apartments and make use of each apartment over a two week period. This can also work if you wish to use one half of the lock off apartment and bank and exchange the other half through a timeshare exchange company.

The current owner has mentioned the maintenance fees for 2016 were $750.00.

Located on the world famous Vegas Strip close to the South Point Casino is the stunning Grandview Resort.

The changeover day at this resort is a Friday.

There is a Bus Hoppa service which picks up and drops off at various points in Las Vegas. This is an excellent way of getting around and enjoying Las Vegas and all the attractions.

Owners may choose to join a timeshare exchange company, this will allow flexible travel to destinations and resorts across the world. This will also mean you can take advantage of bonus weeks on the years you are not using your home resort.
