The next occupancy is 2019 then 2022 and every third year going forward. Whilst your ownership is every tri years, you can by adding a timeshare exchange program make use of bonus weeks and late breaks through the exchange program. You also then have the option to buy extra holiday weeks and deposit your ownership week and travel to thousands of destinations across the World. Additional costs will apply for joining a timeshare exchange program and for exchanging.

The apartment is described as a One Bedroom Suite which Sleeps 4. There is a kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a double master bedroom along with a hot tub style soaking bath and full family bathroom. The lounge area also includes a double sleeper sofa which completes the sleep 4 capacity.
