Although the week is deeded the actual ownership allows you to book through a floating/flexible arrangement and use different time periods subject to availability. The apartment is described as a One Bedroom/Sleeps 4. The one bedroom apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, family bathroom. Owners can choose to holiday at their home resort or may choose to join a timeshare exchange program.
