The resort offers a wonderful location in the heart of the stunning Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands.

The current owner is offering for sale their fixed week number 15 which is the second week in April each year and often falls over the Easter period. We can provide a full calendar which shows future check in/out dates for clarity.

The lodge on offer is a three bedroom which offers a total sleeping capacity of 8 people. The lodge is arranged over two floors and offers spacious accommodation and living space. On the ground floor there is an open plan living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has a large double sleeper sofa bed and there is a separate WC/Washroom, Cloak room storage area and patio doors which lead out to your private terrace which includes a patio table and chairs. On the second floor you have the three bedrooms which are the master bedroom and ensuite, a twin bedroom with ensuite and a further twin bedroom along with a further separate shower room and bathroom. Each bedroom has plenty of wardrobe storage. There is also a outdoor lockable storage for bikes and skis. The total sleeping capacity is for 8 people.

The changeover day is a Sunday.

The current owners have owned for many years and thoroughly enjoyed their ownership and would welcome all questions about the accommodation, resort and surrounding area.

The resort and the area around the resort is just great for all things outdoor and you will enjoy exploring and finding some great places to visit.

Owners can choose to use their fixed weekly period each year or may also join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This brings into play extra bonus weeks and late breaks this can be excellent when choosing to make your holiday time go much further. If you join a timeshare exchange company there will be an extra charge. We will provide further details on request.

There is a further offer. You can enrol the ownership into the HGVC (Hilton Grand Vacation Club) program whereby ownership becomes a points value through the HGVC portfolio and you can use your ownership to swap across the entire portfolio of HGVC resorts across the World. This also allows the usage of your points within the Hilton Honours program which then gives you access to Hilton Hotels Worldwide. This ownership is worth 8400 HGVC points per annum.
