The resort offers a wonderful location on a stunning 280-acre estate with it's own private stretch of the River Tay with excellent Country Walks and salmon fishing.

The current owner is offering for sale their fixed week number 03 which is third week in January each year and offers an excellent time of year to relax at the resort with family and friends.

The accomodation on offer is a two bedroom duplex which offers a total sleeping capacity of 6 people. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and offers spacious accommodation and living space. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite and a further double bedroom with ensuite which can be made up as a twin if required. Upstairs there is a large open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen. There is wc and wash basin upstairs. You also have your own covered balcony area. There is a washing machine and dryer which is excellent for drying outdoors clothes and skiing clothing.

The current owners have owned for many years and thoroughly enjoyed their ownership and would welcome all questions about the accommodation, resort and surrounding area.

The resort and the area around the resort is just great for all things outdoor and you will enjoy exploring and finding some great places to visit.

Owners can choose to use their fixed weekly period each year or may also join a timeshare exchange company and make use of banking and exchanging the ownership to resorts and destinations across the world. This brings into play extra bonus weeks and late breaks this can be excellent when choosing to make your holiday time go much further. If you join a timeshare exchange company there will be an extra charge. We will provide further details on request.

There is a further offer. You can enrol the ownership into the HGVC (Hilton Grand Vacation Club) program whereby ownership becomes a points value through the HGVC portfolio and you can use your ownership to swap across the entire portfolio of HGVC resorts across the World. This also allows the usage of your points within the Hilton Honours program which then gives you access to Hilton Hotels Worldwide. We can provide a HGVC points value on request.

There is a further option where the ownership can be ceded to the RCI points system. We can supply an updated RCI points valuation on request.
