The current owners are offering for private sale their fixed week number 22 which is the last few days of May and first days of June each year.
The ownership accommodation is described as a STUDIO + Loft apartment which has a total sleeping capacity of 2 to 4 people. The studio has living room/kitchen, loft, shower room, sauna and toilet. There are 2 beds in the loft and beds for 2 on the sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment number is available on request.
The changeover day is a Saturday.
The ownership can be used each year as your home resort or you may choose to join a timeshare exchange company or upgrade the ownership into RCI points, all of these options will give you access to Worldwide destinations to exchange to some fantastic resorts.
