The accommodation is a Two Bedroom Duplex arranged over two floors which offers a total sleeping capacity of 6 people. There is a private sauna.

The current owner has mentioned that the accommodation is close to the ski tracks.

The current owner has added the following extra comments about the resort and area. The management company has 20 properties at the location (5 terraces), the property in question is one of 4 terraced properties that were built 2008-2009. It's size is 63 m2. Downstairs: There is an open plan kitchen and lounge with fireplace, bedroom, bathroom with washing facilities and toilet + washing machine, sauna, and there is also a drying cupboard for outdoor clothes in the hallway. There is also separate WC. Upstairs: Another bedroom. Outdoors: From the lounge you can access an outdoor patio and there is also an electric point for a car (a necessity in the winter). Services: Within 200m from the property there are restaurants, ski slopes, a ski track 50m away from the property. There are tens of kilometres worth of different ski tracks that are well maintained, including one that is lit up. The week number 13 is excellent for winter sports as the weather in Salla is usually ideal for skiing around that time of the year.
